Bryson Rogers will put you through 1 hour of a heart pounding, muscle building, and strenuous workout. Each bootcamp is designed to be different than the last with variables of difficulty for each participant. The same class that has an avid workout enthusiast is just as difficult for an absolute beginner. The way Bryson sets up each class is so each person gets the same out of it. He gives you the tools to push yourself as hard as you can go while encouraging you the entire time.
Bryson Rogers is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer who has years of experience under his belt working with all kinds of body types. He has worked with athletes training for their sport to the gentleman getting off of work trying to shed the last 5 pounds. His training method is to teach you what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and what you’re about to do next. He will give you assignments to do on your own as well to help you gain the absolute most out of your training experience all while gaining knowledge of the gym and having an amazing time doing so.
